Order Processing
All items are hand-made to order by individual artists. After placing your order, we will contact you within 24 hours to inform you of the status of your order and an estimated shipping date. In-stock items will ship the next business day while out-of-stock items will ship in 2-3 weeks. If you would like to know in advance which items are in-stock, please contact customer service.
Custom Orders and Modifications
For custom orders or to inquire about modifications on a piece shown, please contact customer service and we will do our best to accommodate your requests. Not all available items and artists are shown on the Angelo website. If you are interested in a particular artist that is not shown on the website or more items from an artist that is shown, please contact customer care. We are pleased to assure you the highest level of quality and craftsmanship. Due to the nature of the materials used in these hand-made items, there can be slight variations from one piece to the next.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within twenty-four hours. To do so, please contact customer care.
Sales Tax
Sales tax of 5% will be applied to purchases shipped to the state of Virginia.
Shipping
Items are available for shipping to the continental U.S. All shipments include insurance. Any order over $100 will be shipped USPS Priority at no charge. Shipping charges are as follows:
USPS Priority Mail $12.00 (For orders under $100)
FedEx Overnight $50.00
Returns and Exchanges
In the case of unworn and undamaged items, merchandise can be returned for full refund within ten business days of purchase and can be returned for store credit within fifteen business days. Please contact us to authorize the return. Angelo is not responsible for loss or damage of returned shipments so please ship and insure items accordingly.
Repairs
Only items purchased from Angelo are eligible for repair. Charges vary and will be assessed upon receipt of item. Please contact for assistance.
Ring Sizing
For assistance in ring sizing, please contact customer service and we will be happy to provide plastic ring sizers and sizing instructions.
